We are delighted to announce that Alexandra Ray Talent are holding open auditions to find new talent.

We are looking for Children, Teens and Young adults.

Children 6-12 years

Teens 13 - 19 years 

​

We do not require children 5 years and under to come to in person auditions. Please apply on our website.

​

We offer agent representation for professional opportunities in TV, Film, Commercials and Theatre.

​

We would love to see Actors , Singers, Dancers and all confident, outgoing personalities. 

No previous professional experience necessary.

What to expect on the day?

​

Our Auditions are being held at

The Plowright Theatre,

Laneham Street, 

Scunthorpe

DN15 6JT

​

A car park is located opposite the Theatre.

​

All talent under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by an adult who MUST remain onsite for the duration of the audition. Parents will be required to wait outside of the audition room. Registered licensed Chaperones will be in the room with the children.

There is a waiting area in the theatre however unfortunately refreshments will not be available to purchase.

​

Auditions will last approx 2 hrs.

​

All Auditionees must arrive 20 minutes before their audition time to sign in.

​

Please have your child wear comfortable clothing that they can move in.

​

If your child has dance experience they will be learning a short choreographed routine and have the opportunity to show us their skills.

​

If your child is a singer please have them prepare a verse and chorus of their chosen song to sing accapella.

​

The main focus of this audition will be a drama workshop. This reflects the main bulk of professional work available for children and teens in the industry.

On registration, those auditionees aged 9+ will be emailed an age appropriate script to learn prior to the audition day.
